Sexual problems may commence during menopause.Intercourse can become more difficult and some women contract urinary tract infections more frequently. The lack of estrogen will also cause the vagina to become drier and thinner. This may result in some discomfort during intercourse.. Try a lubricant like K-Y Jelly. Dryness in the urogenital area may be helped by using lubricants such as olive oil,baby oil or paetroleum jelly. You can still maintain a healthy sex life even during menopause.

It helps to have a strong supportive family, friends, church or even seeing someone for professional help. Try to get regular exercise and stay active..
